Paying for your Course

Please don't pay unless you've had a place on a course confirmed, as this will not help your course application - whilst we are able to refund your payment, this will incur an administration fee of £25.

If you'd like to support our bursary fund by including a donation, you can do so through the online payment service, or by adding the donation to your bank transfer or cheque.

Terms and Conditions
To secure your place on a Root Camp, a 50% deposit must be paid, with the balance payable no later than one month before the course start.
Two months - full refund less a 10% administration cost.
One month - 50% refund.
Less than one month - no refund.
If Root Camp cancels a course, participants will be fully refunded.
We always aim to give participants the highest quality of field activities and cookery lessons. Root Camp withholds the right to change the schedule and/or menu without discretion.
