Christopher Trotter is a professional chef and food writer who has over the years run businesses from hotels and restaurants to Scotland’s Larder- a unique food destination celebrating Scottish food with a shop restaurant and education element. As well as writing several, Christopher presents cooking demonstrations from The Royal highland Show to Village halls! His knowledge of the people and places who make up the artisan and quality end of the Scottish food world is second to none. He presents bespoke food tours to all regions of Scotland. Christopher is an attentive, articulate and engaging teacher – able to enthuse young people about food, impart some life enhancing skills and, ultimately, sit round a table and enjoy a meal with them.
